Delete your account

You can leave Dealz at any time · support.dealz@dealzmarketplace.com

Account deletion removes your Dealz profile, listings, and in-app data processed in our account deletion flow. Some payment, order, or audit records may be retained in anonymized or minimal form where required for tax, fraud prevention, or payment-provider rules — see our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete: If you have an active Seller Pro or other subscription, cancel renewal in the app (Subscription management / provider portal). If you are a seller with pending payouts or held balances, finish payout setup or withdraw per in-app wallet guidance — deletion does not replace settling those obligations with payment partners.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open Dealz and sign in.
  2. Open Profile from the tab bar or menu.
  3. Scroll to Delete account, confirm, and wait for success.

If the button does not open the app, install Dealz from Google Play, sign in, and use Profile → Delete account. This web page is for Play Store / support visibility; the in-app flow performs deletion securely.

Email requests

If you cannot use the app, email support.dealz@dealzmarketplace.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before we complete deletion.

After deletion

You can create a new account later with the same email if your provider allows — it will not restore old listings or chat history.
